City Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: This office has made an investigation of the premises owned by Donald W. Rundquist, 1626 East Idaho Avenue, who has requested permission of the City Council to erect a six foot redwood fence for privacy across the alley side of his lot. Our inspector reports that the alley in the rear is heavily traveled and that the applicant has small children and the fence will be for their protection. There are other similar fences in the neighborhood. It is therefore our recommendation that the Council author- ize the Building Department to issue this permit. Yours truly, Al ed H.
