Dear Council Members: There is a one story frame, single family dwelling at 1965 Conway Street, described as Lot 46, Block 4, Wild Rose Addi- tion:. This dwelling does not have sewer or water facilities, doors ,are broken, window glass is broken and windows are covered with'cardboard on the inside, siding and roofing have deteri- orated, floors sag, building is out of plumb, dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property and beyond reasonable repair. It should be wrecked and removed. A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record owner is Nellie C. Swan, 469 Ruth Streets St. Paul 19, Minnesota. We are informed that Hans Gunderson, 469 Ruth Street, may have an interest. Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative Code, which section governs condemnation procedure.
