RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the
Contract Committee and rejects all bids received for the Construction of
Flex -Beam Guard Rail on Warner Road from about 900 ft.-East of Sibley Street
to'West Approach of Reserve Street Bridge for the reason that bids received
were considerably in excess of the -Engineers Estimates and it is recommended
that this work be done by City forces.
