for Landscape Planting at Highland Park,. Como Park, and Phal-
en Park Golf Course Refectory Buildings, St. Paul, Minnesota,
and said extra to cover extra planting at Como Gates Ajar,
this work having been requested by the Commissioner of Parks
And Recreation And Public Buildings, and agreement made with
the Contractor-, and a memorandum of said agreement having
been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned by him.

E Dear Sir:
Contract G 2436 was awarded to Bud's Landscape Service
And Supply Co. for Landscape Planting at Highland Park,
Como Park, and Phalen Park Golf Course Refectory Build-
ings, St. Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, cer-
tain additions were found to be desirable, and at your re-
quest negotiations have been conducted with the contractor
who agrees to furnish and plant the following at the Como
Park Gates Ajar:

10 Red Leaf Barbary 21 to 37
5 Tamirix 4' to 5'
j 2 Pfitzer Juniper 24" to 50"
6 Russian Olive 5' to 6'
Total - $106.00
This is a reasonable amount for the labor and material in-
volved and it is therefore requested that a resolution be
submitted to the Council authorizing an extra in the amount
f of $106.00 to this contract.
