PAUL COUNCIL NO OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FILE UNCIL RESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM '2%66 WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has reported, in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from June 1, 1961 to June 15, 1961 inclusive which rendered necessary the employment of a certain employee of the Department of Public Utilities for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: Making concrete block tests, and WHEREAS, this emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circum- stances: Yeas Mum Completion of tests requiring continuous attention, therefore, be it that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the employees who performed such work in accordance with the pro- visions of the 6ouncil's Salary ordinance, Ordinance No. 6446.
