C RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
'RESOLVED, that Northwestern State Bank be
permitted to install and operate an 11 -car off - street
customer parking lot on the .north side of East Minnehaha
between Mendota and Arcade, in accordance with the plans
approved May 4, 1961, subject to compliance with the pro-
visions of all ordinances governing the operation of
parking lots, and to the condition that the sidewalk
abutting said premises be kept clean and free of ice and
snow at all times.
