WHEREAS, The Ramsey County Machine Accounting Dept. inadvertently
extended street oiling assessment for the year of 1960 against
above described real estate in the total amount of $147.00, now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the street oiling assessment for the year of 1960
in the amount of $147.00 as per attached real estate tax statement
be abated.
