In the Matter of constructing new concrete curb on the south side Of West
East Belvidere St. from Stryker Ave: to Livingston Ave:
r Preliminary Order 200654 approved Februarys 1961
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
� the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
I. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to construct new
curb on the south side of West and East Belvidere St. from Stryker Ave. to
Ave.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the Zlth day of
