SCHROEDER, City Architect 445 City Hall, Zone 2 CApital 4 -4612 Ext. 361 June 1, 1961 Hon.. Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: A request for a fence has been referred to this office to investigate and report. The request was made by Andrew R. Ke,lbe of 2066 East Haw- thorne Avenue, who desires a permit to build a fence in his back yard which will be seven feet high by twelve feet long of basket weave type at the rear of his back yard patio. Our inspector has checked the location and reports this will be from the house to the garage and he can see no objection to the erection of a fence not over six feet high. Therefore, it is our recommendation that the Council author- ize the Building Department to issue a permit for a six foot fence. Yours truly, Alf d H. Schroeder C ARCHITECT AHS..A . .
