addition to the Town of St. Paul, according to the recorded
plat thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 682 -684
Otsego St., and wreck and remove the three -story frame
four -plex thereon, and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining
property.

Dear Council Members:
Under date of May 22, 1961, a printed copy of Council File No.
202090 was mailed to
John E. Blomquist Co., 712 Northwestern Bank Building
Mr. Harold J. Drinkwine, 2598 Mayer Lane, St. Paul 19
Allen Lee Realty Co., 512 Nicollet Ave., Mpls.
which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the three
story frame fourplex on West one half of Lot 10, block 10, War-
ren & Winslow's Addition to the Town of Saint Paul, as publish-
ed in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
removed.
Please proceed withthe condemnation action which will author-
ize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public
Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove
the structure thereon and do all things therein necessary for
the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
