INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of improving Conway Street from Johnson Parkway to Etna Street by
widening the roadway to a width of44 feet, by surfacing the roadway with bituminous

and catch basins and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement
under Preliminary Order 200876 Approved February 17, 1961
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the (said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. j
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is-, to'improve Conway
Street from Johnson Parkway to Etna Street by widening the roadway toi width of 44
feet, by surfacing the roadway with bituminous material, by constructing concrete curb
and gutters, by adjusting all existing manholes and catch basins and by doing all other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $�2�fi71.s

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 5th ` day of
July, 1961 - , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City HallR'Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of • Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
