Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: There is a fourplex dwelling at 182 -184 Dunedin Terrace, described as East 50 feet of West 100 feet of North One - half of Block 11, Bell's Addition to West St. Paul. This building is two and one half stories, frame, 45 by 36 by 32. It has composition siding, broken windows and doors, interior is badly damaged and deteriorated, attic full of rubbish, and in general it constitutes a fire and moral haz- ard, dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property. It should be wrecked and removed.
