Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten o'clock a. m.
on June 29, 1961, upon the advisability and necessity of,the repair,
replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and removal of the fourplex
dwelling on the East 50 feet of West 100 feet of North One -half
of Block 11, Bell :s Addition to West Bt. Pawl, according to the
plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 182 -184 Dunedin
Terrace, because said structure is reported to be dangerous and
unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

at 182 -184 Dunedin Terrace, as more fully described in the attached letter of
the City Architect.

Dear Council Members:
There is a fourplex dwelling at 182 -184 Dunedin Terrace,
described as East 50 feet of West 100 feet of North One -
half of Block 11, Bell's Addition to West St. Paul.
This building is two and one half stories, frame, 45 by 36
by 32. It has composition siding, broken windows and doors,
interior is badly damaged and deteriorated, attic full of
rubbish, and in general it constitutes a fire and moral haz-
ard, dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property. It
should be wrecked and removed.
A Danger Notice has been posted and it has been ascertained
that the last known record owners are:
