Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: There is a single family dwelling at 898 Monroe Court, St. Paul 2; described as Lot 10, Block 1, Michel & Robertson's Addition. This building is approximately,.30 feet by 14 feet, one story high. It is vacant, very dilapidated, floors are out of lev- el, ceilings sag, windows are broken, plaster is loose and falling, and the outside walls are bulging. It is unfit for human habitation and should be wrecked and removed' as it is dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining'property. A Danger Notice has been posted. It has been ascertained that the last known owners are Mrs. Elizabeth Janotta, c/o Jackson, Walsh & Yackel, Endicott Building, St. Paul 1, and Joseph F. Keppel, Attorney, 532 Builders Exchange, 609 Second Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
