Re: State Project 6215 -29 (T-H- 51 =125) Layout 7C as modified by Layout 7D -
Snelling Avenue from Hewitt Avenue -to Midway Parkway.
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary plans for the
improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 125 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number
51 within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul from Hewitt Avenue to Midway
Parkway; and
WHERFAR,� Said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Layout 7C
as modified by Layout 7D, Vicinity of Snelling Avenue, S.P. 6215 -29 (T.H. 51 =125);
and
WHEREAS, Copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled and identified
are also on file in the office of the Department of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, The term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the body of
this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the
preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described;

NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That said preliminary plans for the improvement of
Trunk Highway Number 125 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 51 within the limits of the
City of St. Paul be and hereby are approved.
