Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Dear Council Members:
A letter to the City Council from Arnold P'. Olsen of 880
Wilson Avenue, requesting permission to erect a six foot
high louvered fence on the south-property line, was referr-
ed to this office for investigation and report.
Our inspector is of the opinion that this fence will not be
objectionable and therefore, I am recommending that the
Council authorize the Building Bureau to issue a permit.
Yours truly,
Al PYARCHITECT
