Hon. Council
City of Saint Paul
Dear Council Members:
A request for a six foot high cyclone fence has been re-
ceived from Harold W. Schultz in behalf of his client,
Mr. William Godwin,'operator of the Our Own Hardware
Store at 1200 Payne Avenue. The fence is to enclose
a storage space between the store and the alley and
sidewalk.
Our inspector has inspected this location and can see no
objection to granting this permit.
It is our recommendation therefore that the Council author-
ize the Building Department to issue a permit for this
fence.
Yours truly,
