Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: A request for a six foot high cyclone fence has been re- ceived from Harold W. Schultz in behalf of his client, Mr. William Godwin,'operator of the Our Own Hardware Store at 1200 Payne Avenue. The fence is to enclose a storage space between the store and the alley and sidewalk. Our inspector has inspected this location and can see no objection to granting this permit.
