having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and

approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro- .

To the Cor�issioner of �inance of the City of Saint Paul:
The Co�3.ssioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council� known as Council �ile No. 201874
approved April 28, 19 61 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on both sides of Isabel St, fr�m Winslow Ave. to Ohio Ave.

and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $ 0.52 per sq. ft. for mono conc. watk 4"
thick. Extra work (excav., fill, conc. removed, root cutting, drive crossings, etc.)
at extra cost.
2. A plan� profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made
� a part hereof.
3. Initiated by the Commissioner of Public Works X
