WHEREAS, the Hollow Playground Low Rent Housing
Site has been� approved by the Council of the City`of
Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, the above site is com�osed i�n part of
twelve tax-f orf eited lots conveyed to the City by the State
for playground purposes, and it is necessary for the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul to
. make application to the Commissioner of Taxation f or a con-
veyance of said prop� ty for public housing, be it
13ESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint
Paul hereby expresses its intent to abandon, for pZayground
purposes, the above lots, and be it.
FURTHER RESOI,VED, That the proper City officers
. are hereby authorized and directed to corivey said City
owned lots back to the State of Minnesota.
