NEIEREAS, in the matter of benefits, damages, cost and expenses
arising from condemning and taking a permanent sewer easem�nt 20 ft.
in �ridth in the S.E.� of the S.E.� of Section 34, Township 29,
Range 22 and at right angles to centerline of Burns 3venue and also
a temporary sewer ea�ement 10 ft. in width being easterly of and
adjacent to the above described permanent easement said temporary
- eaaement to expire 1 year after completioa of the sewer, therefore
be it,
RESOLVED, that the total cost of this sewer easement in the �
amount of $1,960.90 be charged to the P.I.R. Fund, Code 3001,
Comptrollerts Contract L-6398, and this same fund to be reimbursed
from assessments in the amount of $1,693.90 and from the City's I
�hare of Local Lnprovement Fund 31 E-1 in the amount of $267.00. i,
