in accordance with plans approved Sept. 7 and sub,ject to the condition
that the permit be limited to a total of not more than 15 trailers on
the property.

This is in the matter of� the appiicatioa of A. B. Stilpeli to operate a
trailer-rental lot on property located at the northwest corner of Grand
and Cleveland Avenues, The property is described as Lots 1, 2,.3, 4,
Block 1, (iroveland Addition. The property is zoned commerci�l.
On Julq 1, 1954, the City Council granted a permit to Skelly Ofl Company
to,remodel its existing filiing atation and to iastall and operate a
customer parking 1ot both of phich are presently in use. The applicant
proposes to install and operate a trailer-rental lot tor 15 trailers in
addition to tbe existiag uses. This property has a frontage of 160 feet
on Cleveland Avenue, and 185.75 feet on Grand Avenue resultiag ia a total
' area ot 24,920 aquare feet. North acros� an ailey is a two-faoilq residence
, which fronta on 8u�oit Avenue; west and ad�oiaiag is a aiagle-faoilq reai-
deace which fronts on Grand Avenue; east and acroas Cleveland Avenue is
a fiiling station; south and across Grand Avenue are comwercial usea wbich
front ob Cleveland Aveaue.
The Traffic �ngiaeer bas approved the pian which neets the atandarda tor
this tqpe of facility. Field inveatigation discloses no basic ob�ection
to the proposed use provided �that the nu�ber of trailers is lioiited to 15.
In coneideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recowwends the
granting of the per�it to install and operate a trailer-rentai lot li�ited
to a total of not more tban LS trailers oa the above described property ia
accordance pith plans approved 3epteaber ?, 1961. '
