INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of constructing neW sidewalk on the east side of �`rank St. from

under Preliminary Order �31� Approved Ju�y 19, 1961
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: �
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement =
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ,
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends ia to constrttet neW '
side�alk on the east side of Frank St. from $yacinth Ave. north to the alley approx-
imately 121 ft. abutting the property lmo�n as 1121 E. $ya.einth Av�e.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof ia $•52 per aq. ft, i'or 4" mono,conc.walk.
(Excav., fill, conc. rem'd., root cutting� drive crossings� etc. at �.�xtra cost.)
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said impronement on the 31st day of
'" October, 1961 , at the hour of 10 dclock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hea,ring, the nature of the improvement and the tota.l cost thereof as estimated.
