1 WHEREAS, on January 16, 2008, the City Council of the Ciry of Saint Paul adopted Council File #08-63,
Z said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private properties from August
3 8 to August 30, 2007. (File No. J0704P, Assessment No. 8392); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 975 Geranium Avenue East, being described as:
Eastville Heights the N 30 Ft of the W 3.5 Ft of Lot 26 & All of Lot 25 Blk 6;
9 with the property identification number 28-29-22-21-0208 was assessed an amount of $131.38 for graffiti
10 removal; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

15 THBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEA, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and

18 BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $13138, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #08-63 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
