• RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for Soil & Rock Borings Riverview District
Storm Water Relief Sewer - Contract II to SOIL EXPLORATION COMPANY in accordance
with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Forma,l Bid
��8530 of said Soil Exploration Company for the contract price of $3,765.00 (at
unit prices bid) plus $301.00 Engineering and plus Inspection $75.00 by City
Forces, such bid being the lowest and said Soil Exploration Company being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed �
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are autl�orized to execute aid contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
