The site is presently vacant and has fro�t�ge,�of 100.2 feet along Smith ,
Avenue and 14Z.9 feet along Kellogg Bou�evarcl, resulting in approxima.tely
' 14,84�0 squaxe feet of ground area. '
The Traffic Engineer's office and the Planning Board staff have reviewed
the applicant's plans and inspected the site, arid find said proposal to '
be in accordance with the standards for this type of Pacility. The one
proposed drivew�}r off Smith Street would not be ob3ectionable, and the
surrounding axea uses are coimnercial i.n character.
In consideration of the above factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the ,
granting of said permit to install and operate a 37 car fee parking lot .
on the above described property in accordance with the applicant's plans
