WHEREAS, it is highly unlikely that sufficient lists ca.n. be
established from among residents of the City of St. Paul, a.nd
WHER.EAS, it is highly desirable that competition be extended �
to 1961 graduates of the University of Mi_nnesota and other local colleges,
even though they are not residents of the City of St. Paul: th.erefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the residence requirements for admission to
examinations as provided in Section 10 D of the Civil Service Rules are
hereby waived for the first examination for "Sanitarian Aide" and for the
first examination for "Sa.nitaria.n�� to be held following passage of this
resolution; date of the examinations to be set at the discretion of the
Chief Civi.l Service Examiner.
