Section 1. That Ordinance No. 12014, approved July 25, 1961,
hereby is- amended in the following particulars, to -wit:
That paragraph numbered /+ of Section 2 of said ordinance
hereby is amended so the same shall read`as follows:
Said permittee, :after the inception of
said work, shall prosecute same continuously
with diligence, .and fully_ complete said work to
` the satisfaction and approval of said Commis -
sioner on or before November 1, 1962.11
Section 2. That said amendment to said Ordinance No. 12014
shall be-dependent for operative effect upon the filing with the City
Clerk by The jlebb Publishing Company, permittee thereunder, of its
written acceptance of this amendatory ordinance and upon the filing by
said permitteels surety of the surety indemnity bond furnished by said
permittee pursuant to paragraph numbered 6 of Section 2 of said ordinance,
of its written assent to said amendment, in each instance, within thirty
days after the passage of this amendatory ordinance.

Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health, and safety.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
upon its passage, approval, and publication.
