RESOLVED, That pursuant to the application th�refor by
Saint Paul Athletic Club, said applicant hereby is granted a
permit for its conduct, sub�ect ta � the supervision of the
Commissioner of Public Safety, of a demonstratio u
v��shoot on the 26th m npon the eighth
floor gymnas um area of the Saint Paul Athletic Club Building,
• at or near the intersection of Fourth and Cedar Streets in the
Ci�y of Saint Paul, in a manner conformable to spec3.fications
therefor by Gokey Co. , filed herewith and providing for the use •
and employment, among other things therein, of two mosquito k
miniature trap shooting devices; that said applicant, as
permittee hereunder, shall be obligated to fully indemnify and
hold harmless said City against all liability on account of
any injury to perso� or property occasioned by the exercise of
said permit; and that this permit shall be issued without any
obligation for the payment of any license fee, the sub�ect operation
- being deemed distinguishable from any trap shooting operation covered
by any ordinance requirement for th e payment of a license fee, and
the same shall be dependent for operative effect upon acceptance
of this resolution, by said Saint Paul Athletic Club, acting in
the premises by and through its proper representatives, not later
than five days next after the adoption and approval of this
resolution, sueh acceptance to be in writin� and filed with the
City Clerk:
We hereby accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the foregoing
Resolution.

the St. Paul Athletic Club, would you prepare a resolution granting a
permit to our Club to conduct a miniature trap shoot demonstrated. in �
the gymnasium of the Club on it's eighth floor on the evening of
September 26, 1961 in connection z+rS.th the sixth annual Hunter�s Stag
put on by the Club and in keeping �rith the resolution adopted for
Ducks Unlimited at the University Club September 13, 1961 .
As shown on the enclosed clipping, Mr. Samuel Jacobs, chair►nan
of the Athletic Committee of the Club, is authorized to acGept the
permit in behalf of the Club.
