, WHEREAS, Mr. Arthur J. Bjoraker, 152��:,���.li�yt Avent�e, Falcon
Heights, has made application to the City of St. Paul to connect this
property more specifically described as being the east 26 feet of Lot 5
and except the east 20 feet of Lot 6, Block 8, Northome 2nd Addition,
Falcon Heights, Minnesota, to the City of St. Paul public sewer in
Hoyt ,�venue, and
WHEREAS, The existing City of St. Paul ordinances prohibit pro-
perties outside the City Limits of St. Pa�rl to connect their sewer to
the C�I�ty of St. Paut sewer system, except as modified by ordinance,
and -
WHEREAS, The City Corporation Counsel is now preparing said �
required ordinance to permit the property at 1529 West Hoytr Avenue
to connect to the City sewer in Hoyt Avenue.
WHEREAS, This resident of Falcon Heights is confronted with the
heatth hazard of a home sewage disposal system that is not presently
functioning nor could be made to function, except at great cost to the
resident, be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be hereby in- ;i
structed to issue a permit for the connection of said property in K
Falcon Heights to the sewer system of St. Paul , informal approval of ��
said connection being given in anticipation of said ordinance. �
