• • RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a �einforced Concrete
Retaining Wall on the South Side of the Ramp over the Flood Wall on Water Street
S. W. of Belle Street to KARL DEDOLPH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with
City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid ��8524
of said Karl Dedolph Construction Company for the contract price of $4,646.00,
plus $371.00 Engineering and plus $93.00 Fnspection by City Forces, such bid being
the lowest and said Karl Dedolph Construction Company being a reasonable and .
reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up
the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
