The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said repoTt, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to conatruet neW
side�ralk on the west side of Hoxard St. from SiigP� ���•to 7th St.

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ •52 �er sq. ft. �or �+" mono.conc.�alk.

Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on thp 2�+th day of

House and City Hall Building in the Citq of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persona and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hea.ring, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
