' RESOLVED FUR.THER, That a public hearing be had on sa,id assessment on the 25th
day of October, 1961 , at the hour of 10 a'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House a.nd City Hall Buildi.ng, in the City of St. Paul; that the Cammissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, atating in sa.id notice the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the paxticular owner to whom the natice is directed.
