RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
in behalf of the people of said City and in concert with the
freedom loving people of the world, expresaes great aorrow
and inca7cu7.able sense of loss by reason of the untimely death
of Dag Hammarsk�old, Secretary General of the � United Nations,
and in accordance with the pertinent proclamation of the
President of the United States of America, hereby directs that
, the national emblem -of the United States of America on- the �
premises of the Court House and City Hall at Saint Pat�.l.,
Minnesota, be flown at half ma'st in commemoration of said
Dag Hammarsk�old until his interment.
