The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commiseioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said repoTt, hereby resolvea:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a.nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to reaonstruat the
sideiralk on the north side of Juliet Ave. frps Maca].ester St. to D�v�ern 3t., except
irhere good and suYfiaient aidewalks noa exist
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ -5� r an, �+� ppr 4" mpno.eoaQ.va,lk.

� Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the +� 17th day of

House and City Iiall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, atating the time and place of
hea,ring, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as eatimated.
