WHEREAS, Lametti and Sons, Inc., contractor for the construction
of the RIVERVIEW DISTRICT OUTFALL SEWER, Contract "A" from the
Mississippi River to Water Street, Comptroller's Contract L -6172,
completed the physical work on April 1, 1960, and have been
paid in full for all work performed by them, except that the
RESERVE innthe amount of $ 2,600.00 is withheld, and
WHEREAS, due to delay caused by a shortage in the Construction
Engineer's Staff coupled with a large construction program
last season, it was not possible to process the final con-
struction payment until February 8, 1961, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to pay Lametti and Sons, Inc. the
RESERVE on Contract L -6172 in the amount of $ 2, 600.00.
