before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the

City, at ten o'clock on May 13:;1961, upon the advisability
and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or
wrecking and removal of the fourplex dwelling on the
West 1/2 of Lot 10, Block 10, Warren & Winslows addition
to the Town of St. Paul, according to the plat thereof
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, also described as 682 -4 Otsego Street,
b6caitse. said structure is reported to be dangerous and
unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.
