RESOLVED, That Robert Rasmussen be paid the sum of
$1,800.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General
Fund in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint
Paul for compensation resulting from his injury of May 20, 19449
while in the employ of the Department of Public Works, whereby
he suffered 20 per cent permanent partial disability to his
right leg and 25 per cent permanent partial disability to his
lef t leg.
