Resolved, That the proper City officers of the City of Saint Paul are
hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City of Saint
Paul the certification set forth on the proposed plat designated "Battle
Creek Heights Plat 211, a copy of said plat being attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference; and be it
Further Resolved, That the proper City officers are hereby directed to
proceed to have said plat approved by the proper officials and thereafter
have the same filed of record with the Register of Deeds of and for Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
