COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves,
ratifies, and concurs in that certain resolution of the Board of Water
Commissioners of said City dated March 29, 1961, providing therefor and
authorizing the execution of Preliminary Engineering Agreement No. 52933,
by and between the City of Saint Paul acting by and through said Board,
and the State of Minnesota acting by and through its Commissioner of
Highways, covering preliminary engineering, surveys, plans, specifications,
and estimates for city - owned utilities located on Trunk Highway No. 94
between Plum Street and the East City Limits; and that the proper City
officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute and
deliver said Agreement No. 52933 in behalf of said City and said Board.
