RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is. to reconstruct ;the sidewalk on the south side of

ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Saint Paul:
The commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the
preliminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 200323 ,
approved Jan 6th. It 19 61 _, relative to reconstruct
the sidewalk on the south side of Stanford Ave. from Syndicate St. to Hamline
Ave e.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $ 0.52 per sq. f t. for mono, cone. walk Lp
thick. Extra work(excay., fi11, coneo rem'd, root cutting, drive crgssings.e_.c.)
at extra cost.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part hereof.
