COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, That Moe Mendelsohn be paid the sum of
$2, 362.50 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim- ~against the
City of Sairt Paul for compensation resulting from his injury
of February 2, 1958, with recurrences November 15, 1958 and
October 3, 1960, while in the employ of the Department of
Public Safety, whereby he suffered a temporary total disability
until October 31, 1960 and 15 per cent permanent partial
disability to his back; that the sum of $1,080.00 is now
due and payable, and that the remainder of $19282.50 shall
be payable at the rate of $45.00 per week, at intervalsof
-4 weeks from and after April 1411 1961.
