WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings
has recommended the leasing of the privilege of operating a novelty, souvenir y�
and balloon concession in Como Park to Theodore O'Neil, 263 Marshall Place,
for the park season of 1961, said lessee to pay $1, 000. 00 for said privilege,
payable $250. 00 on .July 1, 1961, $250. 00 on August 1, 1961, and $500. 00 on
September 1, 1961; and such lease of privilege to be conditioned that the lessee
shall not hawk or peddle any merchandise in said park, and further provided that
such stand shall be situated at a location approved by the Department of Parks

and Recreation and Public Buildings; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council concurs in the recommendation of the Com-
missioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings,' and the Corporation
Counsel is hereby authorized and directed to draw the proper lease therefor,
and the proper City officers are authorized to execute the same on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
