RESOLVED, that George L. Ostrand be permitted to install
operate a 34-car parking lot at the southwest corner of Rose avenue
and Tilestminster Street, on Lots 1 through 6, and the East 1 foot of
Lot 7, Block /+., Westminster Addition, also the North � of the
vacated alley lying south of above described property rand all of
vacated Rose Avenue lying north of the above described property,
in accordance with plans approved. March 16, 1961, subject to com-
plience with the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation
of parking lots.-and to the condition that the sidewalks abutting said
premises be kept clean -and free of ice and snow at,all times.

attached application of George L. Ostrand for permit to install and
operate a 34 -car parking lot at the southwest corner of Rose and
Westminster, on Lots 1 through 61 and the E.1 ft. of Lot 7, Block 42
Westminster Addition, also the N-� of the vacated alley lying south of above
described property and all of vacated Rose Ave. lying north of the above
described property, in accordance with plans approved March 16, 1961.
