RESOLVED, That the proper City officials be and they herein are
authorized and instructed to execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul,
an'agreement with the Chicago and North Western Railway Company, providing
for the preparation of plans and specifications and the reconstruction
and repairs, renewal of the pavement base and surfacing, and other work
of the overhead highway bridge on Burr Street in the City of St. Paul
crossing the right of way and tracks of the Chicago and North Western
Railway Company, and also crossing Bush Avenue, said agreement providing
for the equal sharing between the City and the Railway Company of the
cost of such work crossing the right of way and tracks, the City's share
of the cost of the improvement to be paid from the City's Share of Local
Improvements, Code 31 -E1.
