after consultation with the City Technical Committee, has made a recom-
mendation to the Council regarding a transfer within Bond Fund 600:
NOW,THEREFORE, be it resolved that the following transfer is hereby
authorized:
From Unallocated to Project 600 -U 13, South
Wabasha - Bridge to Winifred, the sum of
$3,517.15.
