RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is herein
authorized and instructed to execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul,
an extension rider to License Agreement dated June 1, 1960, granting by
the Chicago and North Western Railway Company and the Chicago, Milwaukee,
St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company to the City of St. Paul the right to
construct, maintain and use a roadway and crossings upon property of the
railway companies, and iu and across tracks of the Chicago and North
Western Railway Company, in the vicinity of the Booth Cold Storage Company,
said License Agreement covering the construction operations of the con-
tractor for the St. Peter Street - Rondo Avenue Storm Water Relief Sewer,
a City project.
