COMMISSI
WHEREAH, in connection with the construction of the
EUSTIS STREET BRIDGE over the Northern Pacific Rail -
r6ad Tracks, a temporary grade crossing was constructed
by the Northern Pacific Railroad Company and they were
reimbursed for this cost under C.F. 18745, approved
June 10, 1958, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that said Northern Pacific Railroad Company be
paid for the cost of removing said temporary grade
crossing in the amount of $ 396.75, which cost is to be
charged to the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund,
Code 3001, this same fund to be reimbursed from the
City's Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 31E -1 (1961).
