192216, approved May 7, 1959, the City FILE
of St. Paul may pay a portion of the
cost of Sidewalk Construction, when
such costs exceed the benefits to the
property owner, .and
Whereas, It has been determined that

approved May 7, 1959, the City of St. Paul may pay a portion
of the cost of Sidewalk Construction, when such costs exceed
the benefits to the property owner, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Parcels of Property
hereinafter outlined, be relieved of assessable costs for
sidewalk construction, in the following amounts:

RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to
pay from the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001, the sum
of $ 466.07, a portion of the costs of Sidewalk construction and
minor repairs, done under the 1959 Sidewalk Contract L -6086, District
No. 1, Levies 10 and 71 respectively, said Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund to be reimbursed from the Local Improvement Fund
