In the matter of....
ftrtially openings widening and extending a highway known as the Short Line
Road by condemning and taking an easement for highway purposes on and across
the fol2ovi.ng tracts of lands all in the City of Saint Paul., County of Ramsey
axid State of Minnesota., to -wit:
Those pirts of the and SEy of Section 3., To 28 R., R. 23 W and
Lot 15, Block 69 Manson and Simonton's Addition to Saint Paul included within
a fifty, (50) foot wide strip of land lying adjacent to and northeasterly of
the present southwesterly right -of -way line of the Chicago., Milwaukee, St. Paul
and Pacific Railroad Company, extending from the west line of the said ,
Section 31 To 28 No Re 23 W (Haml.ins Avenue) to the south line of the said
SH;, Section 3, To 28 R, R 23 W (Ste Clair Avenue)., being a portion of the
right-6f-way now m-ned by the said Chicago, Milwaukee., St. ,Paul and Pacific
Railroad Company.
Also that part of the , Section 109 To 28 R, R. 23 W, included'within
a twenty-five (25)foot wide strip of lend lying adjacent to and northeasterly
of the present southwesterly right -of -way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee and
Pacific Railroad Company, extending from the north line of .the said NEk .,;
Section 10, To 28 N., Re 23 W (St. Clair Avenue) to the east line of the afore-
said , Section 10, To 28 R9 R. 23 W (Lexington Parkway So.) being a portion
of the right-of-way now owned by the said Chicago, Milwaukee., St. Paul and
Pacific Railroad Company.
Also that part of the , Section 119 To 28 N., R. 23 W., and Lot 8.,
Subdivision of Ayd's Farm bounded by the following described lines: Commencing
at the,intersection of the west line of the said , Section 11., To 28 B.,
R. 23 W (Lexington Parkway So.) with the present southwesterly right- of-vay
line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company, thence
north on the said west line of Section 11, To 28 N.9 R. 23 W to the point of its
intersection with a line twenty -five (25) Teet distant northeasterly from and
parallel to the above,.mentioned southwesterly right -of -way ling thence in a
southeasterly direction on a straight line to the point of its intersection
vi.th the aforesaid southwesterly right -of- ay lizie at the east line of Lot 8,
,Subdivision of Ayd's Farm in the said 1 of Section 113 thence in a north -
westerly direction onthe aforesaid southwesterly right -of -way line of the
Chicago, )Milwaukee, fate' Paul and Pacific Railroad Company to the point of
beginning., ,
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement,for the reconstruction
and extension of the existing bridges'over the Chicago., Milwaukee., St. Paul
a$ad Pacific Railroad Company's - tracks on the following designated streets:

Park4ay South .,.such bridge extensions to provide highway overpass bridges
over the said Short Line Road
