Julius A. Toth, a City employee, was involved in
an accident on.gpril 6, 1960; and
VEEM 3, an action is now pending arising out of said
accident .and it is suitable and provident to pay the sum of $100
to the plaintiff, Arthur A. Neu; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Corporation Counsel is authorized
to compromise and settle said lawsuit for the sum of X100, and
upon receipt of the necessary papers to cause to be paid to said
.Arthur A. Neu said sum of aOOj, out of the Judgment and Compromise
Fund.
