WHEREAS, by authority of the Laws of 1'innesota for the Year
1959, Chapter 330, H.F. 217, and ratified by C.F. 192216,
approved May 2, 1959 the City of St. Paul may pay a portion
of the cost of sidewalk construction, when such costs exceed
the benefits to the property owner, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the following described
parcele of property be relieved of the following amounts of
assessable costs .for sidewalk constbuction:
North 65 feet of Lots 18 and 19,
Block 1, SUNNYSIDE ADDITION . . . . . $._122.1 , and
WHEREAS, the total amount of assessable costs the City may pay
is $ 122.19, now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to pay from the PermsA id VRtPt
volving Fund, Code 3001, the portion of the costs of sewalk
construction expended under the 1959 Sidewalk Contract, L -60871
District No. 2, Levy No. 2, the amount of $ 122.19, said
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund to be reimbursed from the
Local Improvement Fund 31E -1 (1961).-
